How do I start?
Scan the QR code or tap the link — it opens a WhatsApp conversation with Datamartics directly. Onboarding takes about two minutes and happens entirely in the chat.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Start on WhatsApp. Try it for 30 days with full premium access. No card required to start.
How does Datamartics know the difference between a sale and an expense?
The AI reads the context of the message. It understands what different types of transactions look like. If it is not confident about a message, it will ask for clarification rather than guess.
How accurate is the AI?
Accurate for clear, consistent messages. When it cannot determine what a message means, it asks for clarification rather than guessing. The more you log and the more specific you are, the better it gets.
Who can see my transactions?
Only you. Every user's data is encrypted with a unique key. The AI processes your content without accessing your identity.
Is my data sold or shared?
No.
What if I make a mistake on a transaction?
On Standard, text "edit my last transaction" and send the correction. Datamartics updates the record and re-categorises it. On Premium, you can edit any transaction — Datamartics shows a list for you to pick from.
What happens when the trial ends?
You enter a 3-day grace period. During those 3 days you can upgrade to a paid plan and continue without interruption. If you do not, your account moves to the free plan automatically. Your data stays.
Does Datamartics connect to my M-Pesa or bank account?
No. Datamartics only uses what you send to the number.
What if I miss a payment or my subscription expires?
You get a 3-day grace period with notifications. After that, you move to the free plan. Your data is never deleted for missed payments — only if you explicitly request account deletion.
