Datamartics is a tool for clarity, not a guarantee of outcomes.

Datamartics helps you record business activity sent through WhatsApp and turns that information into reports and summaries.

We do not guarantee perfect interpretation every time, and we do not guarantee that using the service will grow your business, increase profit, or prevent losses.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you send. If you send incomplete, misleading, or incorrect information, the resulting report will reflect that.

You agree to use the service appropriately and not for fraud, abuse, or anything illegal.

Paid plans are billed monthly. Payment is through M-Pesa Paybill, STK Push, or card. Text “pay” inside WhatsApp to begin.

If payment lapses, your account moves to the free tier. Your data is retained unless you request deletion.

The first 30 days include full premium access at no cost. No card is required. At the end of that period you move to the free tier automatically unless you choose a paid plan. There are no surprise charges.

If you ask us to delete your account data, we begin a 7-day deletion window. After that, the deletion is permanent — messages, reports, payments, metadata, encryption keys, and phone number are all removed.

Datamartics is not a financial advisor, not an accountant, and not a substitute for professional judgment. Reports and recommendations are informational only.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Datamartics is not liable for business decisions you make based on the service, or for losses that result from inaccurate or incomplete data submitted by users.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
